April 30

Matt comes to Guatemala tomorrow! We are all so excited to see him. He will hopefully arrive in Antigua by 1:30 pm. Nothing too exciting to share today. Miranda decided to wake up in the middle of the night last night and wanted to eat. Today, she took two great naps, so we'll just wait and see how she does overnight. Just some photos to share from our past two days...

This is what we normally look like when we get ready to head out to run errands or whatever. Miranda is still a big fan of the Moby wrap and it is super helpful for me to have two hands to grab onto the boys!
Just after bath time.Look! I scooched myself all the way into this little corner between the bench and the table! Aren't I funny!? Max being a totally awesome dish-washing helper!
I love to roll all over the floor! Thank goodness for Patty who mops our floor every day because it gets really dusty here!

Dear Michele;

I finally found out how to reply to your blog, I'm not that tech savvy.
Great pics, but I was wondering who came up with the name "moby" for the baby carrier?
It will be great that Matt will be there with all of you for a few days. The boys look like they are having a vacation that they will remember for a lifetime.
I cant wait to see you all in St Louis so I can meet my new grand daughter. I promise to do better with this baby girl than I did with the last baby girl I had.
You all enjoy the rest of your time there and have a safe trip home.
Love
John

Hi Miranda! You don't know me, I am a college friend of Rachel Hood Herrman. We are also adopting from Guatemala. Our daughter is still in PGN though. We are also using an orphanage- Hannah's Hope- All Gods Children- heard of them? Anyways, I am toying with the idea of staying in Antigua, although I wouldn't get to have our little one with me. We have 3 boys. Can I ask how much it is to stay at your hotel in Antigua? Just wondering prices, and I didn't see any on the website! You can email me at asaxby@gmail.com....it's been a joy and encouragement to read about you adventure!!!
Blessings!
